First of all, negative karma needs to be reinterpreted — especially if you perceive it as punishment.
Karma begins with unconscious reaction. Every time we respond to life from a wounded pattern — fear, guilt, resentment — we plant karma instead of awareness. Karma is not a cosmic courtroom of divine revenge, where God plays the judge. It’s a loop of repetition created when the psyche fails to integrate emotional charge.
Negative karma is activated in three main ways:
-
Negative thinking
-
Negative language
-
Negative actions
Still, there are karmic imprints embedded in the aura that can activate situationally — depending on context. Many of these seeds may surface spontaneously and clear quickly, or unravel slowly over time. Some originate in past lifetimes, which is why you can’t always trace them back to actions from this current life.
When you betray yourself to please others, react without presence, or avoid responsibility — you activate memories stored in the soul field. These imprints magnetize similar experiences, again and again, until clarity replaces compulsion.
Triggers are signals.
What you do next — fight, flee, freeze, or feel — determines whether karma binds or dissolves.
Feel it. Live it. Rewrite it.
That’s how a karmic loop is closed.
